Start out in the morning driving from Marrakech to Imlil, often described as the Little Chamonix of Morocco. This is where your ride will begin.
The trail will take us along the southwest pass toward a village that boasts the most vibrant Berber markets in the region. These markets are held weekly. Our trail along the asphalt road will gradually ascend to the mountaintop village of Tamatert, and from there toward the pass of Tizi N’Tamatert along the winding trail. The stunning view of Toubkal, the tallest peak in Northern Africa, is a well-deserved reward for the climb to the pass.
From the top of the pass a route choice is available; descend via the single road track, or for the more adventurous spirit take the off-road route.
Peddle through the beautiful Imnan Valley, taking in the views of the lush cultivated terraces and traditional Berber villages, still steeped in the traditional way of life.
We break for lunch in Arg, where you will enjoy the traditional flavors of Berber cooking! After lunch, descend into the village of Asni, where you will have time to explore or simply relax. Your transportation will meet you, and take you back to the hustle and bustle of the red city, Marrakech!
Camel trek 3 days , Sahara desert trip from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga , is one of the best itineraries in Morocco, and as you can see, all travel agents offer it as their number one tour , to cut to the chase, the itinerary is the same everywhere, it is the quality of the service, the qualification of the drivers, the choice of accommodations and the long partnership with all contributing parties in this tour (guides, restaurants, hotels…) that makes a difference. We have been running this tour among others for a long time that our clients are always treated well and welcomed. The tour covers a huge part of Morocco and offers a variety of landscapes, attractions and lifestyles. The last however is a long drive from Merzouga back to Marrakech and therefore, we recommend to take the 4 days extended tour whenever it is possible (Especially if you are travelling with young kids
